These terms apply to everyone who creates an account and uses Cover Point ("the app"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Cover Point has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, share, or use in any name or note: content that is offensive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. This applies to your profile name, avatar, club names, plan names, match notes, and anything else you enter.
We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that breach this policy, without notice. Users can report objectionable content or behaviour from within the app (open a player's profile card and tap Report), and can block other users. We review reports within 24 hours and act on them, including removing content and ejecting offending users.
You keep ownership of everything you enter. By tagging a match to a club or adding friends, you choose to make summaries of that content visible to those people, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you post.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account), which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Cover Point is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for loss of data or scores kept only in the app — keep anything precious backed up. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
We may update these terms as the app develops. Material changes will be notified in the app.
